The Feiraco Method

The Feiraco Method of "end-to-end quality" originates in our cooperative organisational model that allows us to control and optimise every procedure from the very first stage of the production process.

• We collect milk from our member farmers only.
• We advise our farmers through our own technical team.
• We design and make our own fodder adapted to our livestock.

Furthermore, at Feiraco we have implemented an integrated Food Quality and Harmlessness System based on standards UNE EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN ISO 22000. This system covers the whole of the manufacturing chain, from farm practices up to the packaging and commercialisation of each and every of our dairy products.

The proximity of farms to our processing plant reduces transport to a minimum, which is key to preserving the flavour and the nutritional properties of milk.
